Delivery Infomation

Big and bulky items are shipped on pallets with a reliable 24-48 hour service. We’ll send them out a maximum of two working days after the purchase is completed.

For medium items, we use DPD’s next-day trackable service, complete with live updates. Just make sure your mobile number is correct for tracking. We usually dispatch medium items the day after purchase.

Small items go out via Royal Mail’s 48-hour trackable service. Unless we say otherwise, we usually dispatch small and medium items the day after purchase.
